Welcome back all students, new and old. After an amazing summer filled with Camp Kirova, Intensive summer program and summer dance classes, we are ready to get back to some serious work. All classes are back to full Fall schedule and you can find the schedule here.
We have added new Primary (3-5 year olds) and Primary I (5-7 year olds) classes to Mondays to be able to welcome more students, as other days have been filled up ALREADY! There is also additional Primary I (5-7) to our Saturday schedule.
Hip Hop is now offered twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays.
*New this season* Musical Theater on Saturdays. This class is 1.5 hours and includes dance, singing and acting instruction for those that are interested in performing arts. Class is focused on current Broadway shows.
We welcome CARLOS TORRES back from his cruise around the world as our Jazz Intermediate and Advanced and Contemporary teacher.
Carlos will also be spearheading our newly formed Competition team this year. Follow announcements for audition dates and times.
Welcome Ally Love to our studio. Ally will be teaching Hip Hop classes.
Ally C. Love is originally from Brooklyn NY and started dancing at age 5. She trained in ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz and Caribbean Dancehall for 10 years at a studio in New York City where she had the opportunity to travel and perform in various studios across the Caribbean island as well as in New York City such as Broadway dance company. She has also taken many master classes and attended conventions that were taught by some of the choreographers you see on TV today. Ally has been working with young children and adults since 2000 in the genres of Hip-Hop, jazz, Contemporary, lyrical and Caribbean Dancehall. She is a great new addition to the studio and we look forward to experiencing her new energy and skills.
