For ages 7-9
Mini-Intensive Program is designed to significantly strengthen all students in ballet technique within a short period of time. Whether students aspire to dance professionally or simply want to improve their skills in a nurturing environment, the summer program provides students with the opportunity to dance without the stress and the added pressure of academic school.
Recommended for Kirova Primary II & III, and first-year Level I students.
Non-Kirova students please schedule an audition with our front desk staff.
Mini-Intensive Sample Schedule:
30 min -Stretching
1 hour – Ballet class
15 min – snack break
45 min- Repertory
1 hour -Jazz/ hip-hop/character dance
Mini-Summer Intensive runs 3 days per week. Tentative schedule:
9:00 am – 9:30 am Warm up/stretch
9:30 am – 10:30 am Technique class
10:30 am – 10:45 am a Snack break
10:45 am – 11:30 am Repertoire
11:30 am – 12:30 pm Open: Jazz, hip-hop, Contemporary, PBT, Character, etc.
